Before you book, make sure you’re comfortable with our cancellation policy. This policy is in place, not only to cover possible losses on our side, but also to allow you book online with confidence, knowing that you are entitled to a refund.

If any unfortunate event happens, that will require you to cancel your vacations in Cactus Cave Suites Santorini within reasonable time, you can request a refund according to the following table.

Cancel 30 days before arrival and you’ll get a Full refund:

That is 100% of the total amount paid on your reservation.

Cancel 15 days before arrival and you’ll get a Partial refund:

That is 70% of the total amount paid on your reservation.

Cancel 7 days before arrival and you’ll get a Partial refund:

That is 50% of the total amount paid on your reservation.

Cancel 2 days before arrival and you’ll get a Partial refund:

That is 30% of the total amount paid on your reservation.

Cancel one day or on the check-in day before arrival and you’ll get No refund:

That is 0% of the amount paid on your reservation.

Keep in mind that we don’t  cover cancellations due to illness or travel disruptions caused by COVID-19 or any other disease.
